Ind. Code § 9-13-2-23

"Child restraint system"

As added by P.L.2-1991, SEC.1

Sec. 23. "Child restraint system" means a device that:

(1) is manufactured for the purpose of protecting children from injury during a motor vehicle accident; and

(2) meets the standards prescribed and definition contained in 49 CFR 571.213.
