Ind. Code § 9-13-2-65

"Flammable liquid"

As added by P.L.2-1991, SEC.1.

Sec. 65. "Flammable liquid" means a liquid that has a flash point of seventy (70) degrees Fahrenheit, or less, as determined by a tabliabue or equivalent closed cup test device.
