Sec. 2. (a) A farm wagon (as defined in IC 9-13-2-60(1)) is not subject to IC 9-20-9-8 with regard to trailers in tow.
(b) A farm wagon (as defined in IC 9-13-2-60(2)) may not be used to tow a trailer.
