Sec. 0.5. As used in this chapter, "person" means:
(1) a mobile home or sectionalized building transport company;
(2) a mobile home or sectionalized building manufacturer;
(3) a mobile home or sectionalized building dealer; or
(4) a mobile home or sectionalized building owner.
