Ind. Code § 9-32-19-14

Sec. 14. As used in this chapter, "recreational vehicle dealer agreement" means a written instrument between a recreational vehicle manufacturer or recreational vehicle distributor and a recreational vehicle dealer that determines the rights and responsibilities of the parties under which the recreational vehicle dealer sells recreational vehicles in the area of sales responsibility.
