"Fifth wheel travel trailer"

As added by P.L.42-2025, SEC.40.

Sec. 7. As used in this chapter, "fifth wheel travel trailer" means a motor vehicle mounted on wheels that provides living quarters for recreational use, travel, or camping and does not require a special highway permit. A fifth wheel travel trailer is designed to be towed by a motor vehicle that contains a towing mechanism mounted above or forward of the rear axle of the tow vehicle.
