Sec. 28.5. (a) "Line make", except as provided in subsection (b), has the meaning set forth in IC 9-13-2-93.5(a).
(b) "Line make", for purposes of IC 9-32-11-25 and IC 9-32-19, has the meaning set forth in IC 9-32-19-8.
