City council as policy-making body; meetings

L. 1976, ch. 65, § 8; April 16.

The city council shall act as the policy-making body of the city. It shall meet at least once a month, or more often if the public business requires. A call signed by four (4) members of the council shall be sufficient warrant for a special meeting.
