All sales of bingo cards, bingo faces and instant bingo tickets by licensees under K.S.A. 79-4701 et seq., and amendments thereto, shall be exempt from the taxes levied and collected by cities and counties under K.S.A. 12-187 et seq., and amendments thereto.
