Unification of governmental units in Greeley county; definitions

As used in K.S.A. 12-361 through 12-367 , and amendments thereto:
(a) "Commission" means the unification commission appointed pursuant to K.S.A. 12-361 , and amendments thereto.
(b) "City" means any city located in Greeley county.
(c) "County" means Greeley county.
