Severability

L. 1982, ch. 60, § 16; April 22.

The provisions of this act are severable and if any of its provisions, or any sentence, clause or paragraph, or the application thereof to any person or circumstance shall be held unconstitutional or invalid by any court of competent jurisdiction, the decision of such court shall not affect or impair any of the remaining provisions or the application thereof to persons or circumstances other than those as to which the same is held invalid.
