Same; objection to appraiser's report; notice and hearing

L. 1917, ch. 87, § 6; April 5; R.S. 1923, § 12-640.

At the next meeting, regular or special, of the governing body of said city, after the filing of the report of said appraisers, said governing body shall fix a time and place for the hearing of all objections to the report of said appraisers. Said governing body shall give notice thereof by causing a publication to be published once in the official city paper at least ten days before the date set for said hearing.
