Misuse of the cemetery merchandise trust fund, criminal penalty

(a) Misuse of the cemetery merchandise trust fund or any money belonging thereto is knowingly using, investing, lending or permitting another to use moneys in the fund in a manner not authorized by law.
(b) Misuse of the cemetery merchandise trust fund is a severity level 7, nonperson felony.
