Use of "cooperative" as part of corporate name

R.S. 1923, 17-1515; December 27.

That no corporation hereafter organized and doing business for a profit in this state shall be permitted to use the word "cooperative" as a part of its corporate name, unless it shall have complied with the provisions of this article; and any corporation violating the requirements of this article may be enjoined from doing business under such name, upon the complaint of any citizen of this state, and any corporation so incorporating shall use the word "cooperative" as a part of its corporate name or title.
