Business trust created prior to act

L. 1961, ch. 127, § 3; April 29.

A business trust is hereby declared to be a permitted form of association for the conduct of business in this state, provided the provisions of this act are complied with, except, that nothing contained in this act shall be construed to limit, prohibit, or invalidate the existence, acts, or obligations to the state, of any business trust created or doing business in this state prior to the effective date hereof.
