(a) The provisions of the Kansas general corporation code and all powers and rights thereunder shall apply to the corporations organized under the renewable energy electric generation cooperative act, except where such provisions are in conflict with or inconsistent with express provisions of the renewable energy electric generation cooperative act.
(b) The provisions of this section shall be a part of and supplemental to the renewable energy electric generation cooperative act.
