Kearny

L. 1887, ch. 81, § 4; March 23; R.S. 1923, 18-147, ¶ 1.

That the county of Kearney is hereby created, bounded as follows: Commencing at the intersection of the east line of range thirty-five west with the fourth standard parallel; thence south along range line, to its intersection with the north line of township twenty-seven south; thence west along township line, to where it is intersected by the east line of range thirty-nine west; thence north along range line, to its intersection with the fourth standard parallel; thence east, to place of beginning.
