County bounded by watercourse

G.S. 1868, ch. 24, § 82; October 31; R.S. 1923, 18-201.

Whenever a county is bounded by a watercourse, it shall be construed to be the middle of the main channel thereof; and range, township and sectional lines shall be construed as conforming to the established United States survey.
