Inhabitants of county as witnesses and jurors

G.S. 1868, ch. 25, § 7; October 31; R.S. 1923, 19-107.

On the trial of any suit in which a county may be interested, the inhabitants of such county shall be competent witnesses and jurors, if otherwise competent and qualified according to law.
