Survey as evidence

G.S. 1868, ch. 25, § 166; L. 1921, ch. 154, § 1; May 25; R.S. 1923, 19-1414.

Any survey made by any county surveyor or his deputy, or by any city engineer, shall be evidence in any court in this state, but shall not be conclusive.
