Board may appoint clerk

L. 1881, ch. 89, § 10; March 4; R.S. 1923, 19-1622.

The said board may, if necessary, on the day or days of the making and correcting such lists, appoint a clerk to assist them in the discharge of their duties required by this act; and the same oath shall be taken by such clerk as is required by law of clerks of elections.
