Penalties for unlawful acts

L. 1945, ch. 180, § 28; June 28.

That any person who shall wrongfully injure, destroy or in any manner impair the usefulness of any work or improvement constructed under the provisions of this act shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall be fined not less than twenty-five dollars nor more than five hundred dollars, or by imprisonment in the county jail for not more than six months.
