Unclaimed warrants; cancellation

G.S. 1868, ch. 25, § 59; October 31; R.S. 1923, 19-320.

Whenever any county warrant, issued to any person, remain in the office of the county clerk unclaimed for a period of three years from the date thereof, such warrant shall be returned by him to the board of county commissioners and canceled.
