Duties of county clerk as to checks and drafts

L. 1876, ch. 78, § 7; May 1; R.S. 1923, 19-535.

The county clerk shall charge the said treasurer with the checks and drafts so countersigned, and credit the bank therewith, and when the same are returned, charge the treasurer with all moneys disbursed by the fiscal agent of the county, and credit such agent with the same.
