K.S.A. 40-4301 through 40-4304 , 40-4306 through 40-4315 , * 40-4317 through 40-4353, and amendments thereto, and K.S.A. 2025 Supp. 40-4354 , and amendments thereto, shall be known and may be cited as the captive insurance act.
