As used in K.S.A. 40-4802 and 40-4803 , and amendments thereto, the terms "amusement ride," "antique amusement ride," "limited-use amusement ride," "operator," "owner" and "registered agritourism activity" shall have the same meanings as those terms are defined in K.S.A. 44-1601 , and amendments thereto.
