Same; sale as brucellosis or Bang's tested

L. 1949, ch. 296, § 2; April 4.

It shall be unlawful for any person to sell any cattle as brucellosis tested, or as Bang's tested, or as clean, or as free from brucellosis, or any equivalent, unless such animals have been tested and found negative to brucellosis within a period of thirty (30) days immediately preceding the sale: Provided, This shall not apply to cattle sold from an accredited brucellosis free herd.
