K.S.A. 50-6,116 through 50-6,120 , and amendments thereto, shall be known and may be cited as the truth in musical performance advertising act. K.S.A. 50-6,116 through 50-6,120 , and amendments thereto, shall be part of and supplemental to the Kansas consumer protection act.
