Severability of act

L. 1997, ch. 132, § 31; May 8.

If any provisions of this act or the application of this act to any person or circumstances is held invalid, the invalidity does not affect other provisions or applications of this act that can be given effect without the invalid provisions or application. To this end the provisions of this act are severable.
