Additional powers and duties of the state corporation commission

L. 1967, ch. 299, § 1; July 1.

In addition to the jurisdiction, powers and duties conferred or imposed upon the state corporation commission, herein called "commission," by articles 6 and 7 of chapter 55 of the Kansas Statutes Annotated, with respect to the prevention of waste and the conservation of oil and gas and the protection of the correlative rights of persons entitled to share in the production thereof, the commission shall for said purposes have, and it shall be its duty to exercise, the further jurisdiction, powers and duties conferred or imposed upon it by this act.
