Severability

L. 1961, ch. 265, § 12; July 1.

If any section, subsection, paragraph, sentence, clause or phrase of this act is for any reason held to be unconstitutional or invalid, such constitutionality or invalidity shall not affect the constitutionality or validity of the remaining portion or portions of this act.
