Reciprocal certification and licensure

If, in the determination of the board, another state has certification and licensure requirements substantially equivalent to those of this state, an applicant who is certified or licensed under the laws of the other state may obtain certification or licensure under this act upon such terms and conditions as prescribed by the board.
