The enumeration in K.S.A. 60-1704 , 60-1705 and 60-1706 does not limit or restrict the exercise of the general powers conferred in K.S.A. 60-1701 , in any proceeding where declaratory relief is sought, in which a judgment will terminate the controversy or remove an uncertainty.
