Severability

L. 2014, ch. 84, § 5; July 1.

If any provision or clause of this act* or the application thereof to any person or circumstance is held to be invalid, such invalidity shall not affect the other provisions or applications of the act, and to this end the provisions of this act are declared to be severable.
