Implementation of act by entities engaging in lead-based paint activities; when

L. 1999, ch. 99, § 14; April 22.

Licensure, certification or training program accreditation for a business entity, public agency or individual who engages in lead-based paint activities shall not be required until such time as the secretary adopts rules and regulations to implement the provisions of the residential childhood lead poisoning prevention act.
