Nothing contained herein shall be construed to allow a corporation except as provided in K.S.A. 17-2706 , and amendments thereto, or a limited liability company except as provided in K.S.A. 17-7668 , and amendments thereto to practice, offer, or undertake to practice or hold itself out as practicing optometry.
