Conflicting Kansas laws; precedence of this act

L. 2001, ch. 183, § 8; January 1, 2002.

This act shall take precedence over any conflicting Kansas laws, other than state environmental laws, that govern the handling and disposition of dead human bodies for cremation and cremated remains.
