Confidentiality of documents, records, investigative information

No member of the board, nor any officer, agent or employee thereof, shall divulge to any person, firm or corporation the contents of any document, paper or record, examined in the performance of duties hereunder, or any information obtained in the course of any investigation, except as may be required to carry out the purpose of this act.
