Licensing barbershops; fees; compliance with sanitary standards required

The board shall license barber shops and shall issue licenses therefor upon payment of the prescribed fees, if the board finds the barber shop to be in compliance with its rules and regulations and the sanitation standards prescribed pursuant to K.S.A. 65-1,148 and amendments thereto.
