Permit for transportation of dead body to location outside state

No dead body located in this state shall be transported to a location outside the boundaries of this state, either by commercial or private conveyance, without a permit issued by a funeral director or the state registrar on a form provided by the state registrar.

This section shall be a part of and supplemental to the uniform vital statistics act.
