Severability

L. 1987, ch. 231, § 10; May 28.

The provisions of this act are severable and, if any provision or part thereof is held invalid, unconstitutional or inapplicable to any person or circumstances, such invalidity, unconstitutionality or inapplicability shall not affect or impair the remaining provisions of the act.
