All parts of chapter 206 of the Laws of 1925 and chapter 222 of the Laws of 1929 (being sections 66-196 to 66-1,107 , inclusive, of the 1930 Supplement to the Revised Statutes of Kansas, 1923), inconsistent or in conflict with this act are hereby repealed.
