Sections 66-1,108 , 66-1,109 , 66-1,112 , 66-1,116 , 66-1,118 and 66-1,131 of the Revised Statutes Supplement of 1931, and all parts of sections 66-196 to 66-1,133 , inclusive, of the Revised Statutes Supplement of 1931, inconsistent or in conflict with this act are hereby repealed.
