Destruction of pipeline signs or markers a crime

(a) Destruction of signs or markers is willfully and knowingly defacing, damaging, removing or destroying any pipeline sign or right-of-way marker required by federal law or regulation.

(b) Destruction of signs or markers is a class A misdemeanor.
