The state of Kansas does hereby accept all of the southeast quarter (SE ¼) of section 28, township 11 south, range 15 east of the 6 th P.M., and also lots numbered five (5) and six (6) in the northeast quarter (NE ¼) of section 28, township 11 south, range 15 east of the 6 th P.M., Shawnee county, Kansas, subject to the rights of way and easements of record across, over and through said land, except the residence, the appurtenant buildings and improvements, and the twenty (20) acres surrounding the same, to be chosen and located by the executor of the will of the late Madge MacLennan.
