Removal from office for violation

L. 1933, ch. 316, § 12; L. 1941, ch. 377, § 14; June 30.

Any member of the governing body, or any other officer of any taxing subdivision or municipality of the state, who violates any of the provisions of this act shall be subject to removal from office.
