Injunction and other equitable relief
Known as the Uniform Military and Overseas Voters Act
The act spans §§ 117A.005 to 117A.190 (20 sections).

A court may issue an injunction or grant other equitable relief appropriate to ensure substantial compliance with, or enforce, this chapter on application by:
(1) A covered voter alleging a grievance under this chapter; or (2) An election official in the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
