Advertising or claiming to be a master contractor

Known as the Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning Contractors' Act

No person shall advertise as or claim to be a master heating, ventilation, and air conditioning contractor, unless that person is licensed by the department according to KRS 198B.650 to 198B.689. The license number shall appear in all advertising and on all vehicles used by the licensee for heating, ventilation, and air conditioning contracting work. Effective:June 29, 2017
