KRS 216.308

Revocation of license of health care professional assisting in a suicide

Known as the Kentucky Charitable Health Care Services Act

The act spans §§ 216–216 (237 sections).

The licensing agency which issued a license or certification to a licensed health care professional who assists in a suicide in violation of KRS 216.302 may revoke license or certification of that person upon receipt of:

(1) A copy of the record of the criminal conviction or plea of guilty for a felony in violation of KRS 216.302; or (2) A copy of the record of a judgment of contempt of court for violating an injunction issued pursuant to KRS 216.306.
