Salvia cultivation -- Penalty

Known as the Kentucky Controlled Substances Act

(1) A person is guilty of salvia cultivation when he or she knowingly and unlawfully plants, cultivates, or harvests salvia with the intent to sell or transfer it for human consumption.

(2) Salvia cultivation is a Class A misdemeanor.
